Salford PCT engaged Scott to work with the Salford PBC Consortium in establishing their governance framework. With Scott’s help and expertise the framework was successfully delivered against extremely challenging timescales. Both the PCT and Consortium found Scott’s practical approach and wide knowledge of emerging best practice to be invaluable in fostering the clinical engagement and ownership necessary to drive change in this area.
