Scott McKenzie

With an extensive commercial sector background in Business, Project and Account Management, Scott entered the healthcare industry over 15 years ago working within Pharmaceuticals where he held a number of sales and then managerial posts.

Scott, and the company, is now widely recognised as a specialist provider of support to the NHS with all aspects of Commissioning; offering management support to SHAs, PCTs, Commissioning Groups and individual Practices. His goal is to deliver transformational change in the NHS, working across primary, secondary and community services, in support of the care closer to home agenda.

A strong negotiator, problem solver and successful implementer, Scott has a complete understanding the DH policies and guidance, and specialises in identification of areas for both service and budget improvement. Coupled with his ability to work at all levels within the NHS around how best to implement the plans to drive the outcomes required, this makes for both productivity and efficiency improvements within his client base.
Scott has also spent many years developing relationships and networks with customers and key NHS bodies, something he continues to expand across the UK wide NHS.
