After a year of “conversations about commissioning” though we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted to achieve as a group of 19 practices, we were struggling when it came to Data analysis, Governance and achieving real engagement.

Scott’s pragmatic approach took us through the important steps we needed to develop a robust SLA in weeks. With his help we have found the best data management and business solutions for our group-We are now tapping into his enthusiasm and expertise as we work through service re-design and start developing business cases which will allow us to complete our Commissioning Plan.
