Established in 2005 Scott McKenzie Consultancy is an independent, national company, widely recognised as a specialist provider of support with all aspects of Commissioning within the NHS.

We place an emphasis on getting consortia structured to deliver outcomes, and focus on quickly moving consortia forward, through our staged approach. We cover all aspects of developing consortia and therefore offer services around this.

Although starting small we have experienced a huge amount of interest in the work we have carried out and to ensure that all our clients needs can be met in the best way possible we now have a growing team delivering different types of work.
